Pork Farmer Sausage Smokies
Our pork farmer sausage smokies are fully cured so you simply heat through and serve. Great on the BBQ, or fried and then served in a bun with your favourite toppings. Since they’re the same recipe as our popular pork farmer sausage rings just in a smaller casing, they’re great sliced and eaten cold on charcuterie boards, or heated and served with any dish that calls for cured sausage.
Each package contains six smokies and like all our sausages, these are gluten* and dairy free.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply then our local craft butchers make the pepperoni for us.
*Please note that although they don’t contain gluten, our butcher is not a gluten free facility so although unlikely cross contamination is possible.
