Pork Breakfast Sausages
Our pasture raised pork breakfast sausages are gluten* and dairy free and are sold in packs of six breakfast links.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Cook to an internal temperature of 160F.
Cooking instructions: Because gluten holds in moisture, it’s easy to overcook gluten free sausages. In our kitchen, we add a bit of water to the bottom of a pan, add the sausages and cover the pan with a lid. Steam them, then drain the water and brown the sausages to our liking.
*Please note, although these are gluten free, our butcher is not a gluten free facility. Cross contamination is possible but unlikely.
