Cured Garlic Sausage Ring
Our pork garlic sausage ring is fully cured so it’s great sliced and eaten cold with cheese and crackers, or warmed in dishes like perogies. Wish it’s mild flavour, this one of our customer favourites for kid lunches.
Like all our sausage these are gluten* and dairy free.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
