Chorizo Seasoned Ground Pork
Enjoy our chorizo seasoned ground pork on nachos, in pasta sauces, stuffed peppers, and more. In our family, we cook up the whole pack and then refreeze it in portions and then the kids can easily thaw it to add to quesadillas.
Each package is 1lbs and comes frozen. This item is gluten* free and dairy free.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Ingredients: Pork, toasted rice crumbs, salt, spices (incl. garlic & mustard), dextrose, spice extracts.
*Please note, although these are gluten free, our butcher shop is not a gluten free facility. Cross contamination is possible but unlikely.
