This is a mild Italian seasoned chicken sausage. Our chicken sausages are gluten* and dairy free. Each package contains 4 dinner sausages.

Our chicken sausages are made with only boneless chicken thighs, no weird bits.

Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.

Our chickens are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply. Our butcher is a local craft butcher focused on high quality products.

Chef’s tip: Using a meat thermometer will ensure your chicken is cooked perfectly. It’s recommended to cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Cook to an internal temperature of 165F.

Cooking instructions: Because gluten holds in moisture, it’s easy to overcook gluten free sausages. In our kitchen, we add a bit of water to the bottom of a pan, add the sausages and cover the pan with a lid. Steam them, then drain the water and brown the sausages to our liking.

Ingredients: Chicken, rice flour, salt, corn starch, spices, dextrose, ascorbic acid, spice extracts.
