Half Chicken

Our half chickens are perfect to throw on the BBQ in those hot weather seasons or they’re great nestled in with some root vegetables for a sheet pan dinner on those nights when you want an easy meal without all the messy dishes.

Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.

Our chickens are processed and butchered at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.

Chef’s tip: Using a meet thermometer helps make sure you cook your meat perfectly. It’s recommended to cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
