Cranberry & Sage Chicken Sausages
Our chicken sausages are gluten* and dairy free. Each package contains 4 dinner sausages.
Our chicken sausages are made with only boneless chicken thighs, no weird bits.
Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.
Our chickens are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply. Our butcher is a local craft butcher focused on high quality products.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
Cooking instructions: Because gluten holds in moisture, it’s easy to overcook gluten free sausages. In our kitchen, we add a bit of water to the bottom of a pan, add the sausages and cover the pan with a lid. Steam them, then drain the water and brown the sausages to our liking.
Ingredients: Chicken, toasted rice crumbs, salt, sugar, dextrose, spices, dried vinegar, craisins, spice extracts, flavour.
*Please note that although they don’t contain gluten, our butcher is not a gluten free facility so although unlikely cross contamination is possible.
