Our chicken wings come as whole wings that include the drumette, wing, and wing tip. These packs are frozen and approximately 1kg (2.2lbs).
Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.
Our chickens are processed and butchered at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
