Chicken legs are the drumstick with thigh attached so this is a bone in and skin on cut. Each package is frozen and contains two chicken legs.
Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.
Our chickens are processed and butchered at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
Chef’s tip: Using a meat thermometer will ensure your chicken is cooked perfectly. It’s recommended to cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
