Our chicken farmer sausage is fully cured so it’s great sliced and eaten cold on a charcuterie board, warmed in dishes like perogies, or fried alongside eggs for a different breakfast sausage option. This sausage comes are one piece in a ring shape.

Like all our sausage these are gluten* and dairy free and our chicken sausages are made with only boneless chicken thighs, no weird bits.

Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.

Our chickens are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply. Our butcher is a local craft butcher focused on high quality products.

* Please note, although these are gluten free our butcher is not a gluten free facility so although unlikely, cross contamination is possible.
