Take & Bake Ginger Cookies
These delicious cookies are soft, and the ginger flavour is not overpowering. They come in a package of 6 frozen, ready to bake cookies.
Cooking instructions: For best results, puncture bag and thaw overnight in the fridge. Pre-heat oven to 375F and place cookies on parchment lined pan. Set timer for 12 minutes. Rotate pan and continues to bake cookies in 1 minute increments until desired consistency. Our favourite is the top just starting to crack but soft in the centre. Remove and let cool to harden. Baking times will vary per oven.
