Chef Adrian Beaty's Chicken Wing Recipes

Looking for some new recipes to enjoy your Central Park Farms free range chicken wings? Look no further! Chef Adrian Beaty has shared a couple of his favourite ways to cook our wings.

Chef Adrian is the talent previously behind Seasonal 56 here in Langley, and now leads the Chef Shack located at the Fraser Valley Cider Co, and is the owner and chef of the upcoming Canned Ham Canteen. If that’s not enough, he’s also the chef behind our long table events, on farm cooking classes, and prepared foods line!

Chipotle Honey Chicken Wings:

Ingredients For Wings:

3.5lbs of Central Park Farms free-range chicken wings

2 tsp sea salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tsp hot paprika

1 T ground cumin

1 T brown sugar

2 T vegetable oil

Directions:

Toss wings with spices and vegetable oil.

Roast 30-40 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven, or till cooked through.

Once cooked, place in bowl, add chipotle honey sauce (recipe below) and toss to coat.

Ingredients for Chipotle Honey Sauce:

1 cup ketchup

½ cup honey

2 T butter

2-3 large chipotles, minced

2 T red wine vinegar

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

Directions for Chipotle Honey Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a thick bottomed sauce pot.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate till needed.

Can be made up to 1 week in advance.
