These pork hocks are raw NOT smoked and are a great option for making nourishing meat stock or for braising for many different dishes.
Our hocks are sold in single packages and arrive frozen.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
