Pork Spare Ribs

Pork spare ribs are a meaty rack of ribs located near the pork belly. These ribs are wonderful for slow cooking and will be a little bit fattier than baby back ribs making them more flavourful.

Packed as one rack per package.

At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.

Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
