Our pork farmer sausage ring is fully cured so it’s great sliced and eaten cold with charcuterie, or warmed in dishes like perogies. It’s one of our customer favourites for school lunches.
Like all our sausage these are gluten *and dairy free.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
* Please note, although these are gluten free, our butcher is not a gluten free facility. Cross contamination is possible but unlikely.
