Inner Peas' Produce CSA

Inner Peas' Produce CSA

How Does A CSA Work?

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program is a program designed to benefit both the farmer, and the consumer. It’s a weekly seasonal produce box that runs for 18 weeks from June until October. Customers purchase the program up-front in advance, which gives farmers an 'advance' to be able to purchase seed, soil amendments and other necessary supplies for the season. In return, you are offered fresh, local weekly produce at a discounted price, as it would cost you much more to purchase these items individually from the farmers market. You also get the freshest produce possible, as everything is typically harvested within 48hrs prior to pick-up. Every Thursday from Mid-June to Mid-October you will be able to pick up your weekly CSA box from 4pm-8pm at Central Park Farms in Langley.
